Ingredients
- ½ kg ground beef
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1 egg
Procedures
- Combine the above ingredients and form into 1" size meatballs. Brown in skillet and drain off excess fat.
- Simmer (covered) for about 15 minutes to allow the flavor to blend. Delicious over rice or noodles.
