Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Sauté the onions and garlic in the oil for five minutes.
  2. Add the shrimp and sauté for two minutes.
  3. Stir in the clam juice, water, pepper, and corn.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the spinach and cook two minutes.
  6. Taste to adjust seasonings and serve.
