Procedures
- Put desired quantity of plain Greek style yogurt in muslin cloth and allow to hang for 5-6 hours.
- Press to make sure excess water is drained off.
- Pour this dry yogurt(chakka) in a bowl.
- Add the same almost the same quantity of sugar.
- Mix it to form a homogeneous smooth mixture.
- Add cardamon, nutmeg and saffron.
- Garnish with dry fruits(chopped).
