- Medium sauté pan
- Rubber spatula
- Pepper mill
Ingredients
- 8 large sea scallops
- olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- sprig of rosemary
- fresh ground pepper
- sea salt
Procedures
- In medium sauté pan, heat oil, garlic, and rosemary over medium heat.
- Add scallops to pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper and allow to cook for two minutes or until golden brown.
- Turn and finish until done, approximately two minutes or when thoroughly cooked.
