Ingredients

Onion

Procedures

  1. Melt butter in frying pan and fry onions, green pepper and meat at medium heat, stirring constantly until meat has changed colour.
  2. Add paprika, tomatoes and salt.
  3. Mix well and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Add black pepper.
  5. Allow to cool before using.

Onion

  1. Melt butter in frying pan and sauté onions and peppers until soft, being careful not to burn.
  2. Add seasonings, stir.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool; add eggs.
  4. Mix well.
