Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place fish in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  3. Combine mayonnaise and remaining 3 ingredients, stirring well.
  4. Brush mayonnaise mixture evenly over fish.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 450°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  6. Transfer to a serving platter, and serve immediately.
