Ingredients

  1. 2 cups cooked rice
  2. 2 cups flaked cooked # 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  3. 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  4. 1/2 cup cream
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Procedures

1. Combine all ingredients to the hot rice and reheat for a few minutes.

2. Serve at once.
