Description

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken, garlic, pumpkin pie spice and cayenne pepper.
  2. Cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and beginning to brown. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm.
  3. Add bell pepper and green onions; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until onions are tender.
  4. Stir in rice, pineapple, lime juice and cilantro.
  5. Serve immediately
