Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Put Beef into the pan with water, add some bay leaves, oregano and boil until the meat is ready. While waiting prepare all the vegetables: cut potato, cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, tomatoes, garlic. Also chop the onion and grate the beet.
  2. Then fry the onion (use butter) on the frying pan with tomatoes, carrots , bell pepper and beet.
  3. When the broth is ready boil potato in it. After that add the cabbage you chopped before and let it boil for 5 minutes. Then take all the vegetables you fried on the frying pan and put them into the bouillon. Cook borsh for 2 more minutes.
  4. At the end add chopped garlic and parsley. salt and pepper to your liking. You can serve borsh with sour cream.
