Ingredients
- 2½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1½ cups sour cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1¼ cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Procedures
- Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl.
- In deep skillet heat oil until hot enough to fry 1 inch cube of dough.
- Carefully place dough, a tablespoon at a time into oil.
- Fry a few donuts at a time 3–5 minutes.
- Remove and place in bag with powdered sugar to coat.
- Serve warm.
