Cauliflower Soup

In Romanian: Supa de conopida

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Grate the parsley root, carrot and onion and boil in water until tender.
  2. Strain, add salt and a mixture of fried flour and butter, liquefied with some of the boiling liquid.
  3. Add the cauliflower in small bunches and boil over a low heat until the cauliflower is tender.
  4. Pour into bowls and top with the sour cream and dill mixture.
