Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Sieve the hard boiled yolk and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix with a little oil.
  3. Then add the raw yolk and keep mixing while adding a little oil at a time.
  4. After all the oil is used up, add salt, mustard and lemon juice.
  5. From the beginning to the end, stir in the same direction.
  6. You may add a tablespoon of sour cream.
