Fried dill Pickles

3 large whol dill pickles 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup beer 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons garlic salt 3 dasheshot pepper sauce vegetable oil for deep-frying

Cut pickles crosswise into 1/4 -inch- thick slices. Combine flour, beer, Cayenne, paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic salt andhot pepper sauce in a medium mixing bowl.


Heat oil to 375. Dip pickle slices into batter.


Fry pickles until they float to the surface, 2–4 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot.
