Yemeni hot sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pound Serrano peppers
- 5 heads garlic, peeled
- 1 bunch coriander, washed
- 1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- salt to taste
- olive oil to cover
