Description

I obtained this recipe from an estate sale when I purchased the family collection from the Monsey Estate in Crandall, Texas in 1991. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Put all ingredients except pasta in a food processor fitted with the metal blade.
  2. Pulse the machine several times.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl then continue processing until smooth.
  4. Toss the sauce with cooked pasta.
