Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Sift together sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and baking powder.
  2. Combine milk, vegetable oil and eggs, mixing well.
  3. Add to flour mixture.
  4. Add pecans.
  5. Fill greased (or lined) muffin tins and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 425°F.
