In winter, the weather is cold. Soup can warm and fortify your body. Here is a Taiwanese recipe for soup.

  1. Remove any fat from the cavity of the Chicken and cut the Chicken into bit-size pieces. 2. Heat the wok and then add sesame oil. Stir-fry the ginger root until fragrant. 3.
