- 1 cup water
- ½ cup potato flour
Filling
Procedures
- Beat eggs, blend potato flour and water and add to eggs, beat.
- Heat frying pan and using very small amounts of fat pour enough batter into pan to cover bottom thinly, brown bottom side only and overturn onto towel.
- Place small amount of liver on ½ leaf on browned side and roll up (like cigar size).
- Fry on both size.
