Description

Milk soup with millet

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Washed millet is put in boiling salted milk and boiled during 1 – 2 minutes; then the fire is lessened and boiling continued for 15 – 20 minutes.
  2. Before the end of boiling salt and sugar are added; before serving the table butter is put in the soup.
