Description

mint is seldom used in cooking but more as a medicine for cold. This is one rare recipe

Ginger Mint Chicken

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry ginger and chilie
  2. Add chicken and fry for several minutes
  3. Add fish sauce and let it sizzles.
  4. Add 1/2 some water, cover and cook till done.
  5. Add a pinch of Sugar, lime juice and mint and peanuts.
  6. Thicken with starch, sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
