Scallops stuffed with shrimp is a meat dish.

Fish With Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp dried shrimp
- vegetable oil for frying
- 12 scallops, cleaned
- 2 small pieces of black wood ear fungus
- 4 oz sweet potato, boiled and mashed
- 1 tbsp nuoc mam sauce or 1 tbsp light soy sauce
