Description
Thyme pastries
Ingredients
- 2½ cups plain flour
- 1 tsp yeast dissolved in ¼ cup of water.
- a generous ½ cup tepid water
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp thyme
- ½ cup olive oil
Procedures
- Dilute the rice in a bit of cold water.
- Boil the milk and add the rice.
- Stir until the mixture thickens.
- Pour in cups and allow to cool.
- Sprinkle pistachios on the surface before serving.
