Description

Ingredients

Kofta

Gravy

Procedures

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make kofta balls from them.
  2. Fry in oil till golden brown.
  3. Keep aside.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan and add asafoetida to it, followed by the chopped onion.
  5. Then add the ginger-garlic paste, cashew paste, garam masala, chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt.
  6. Add the fried koftas when the gravy is well-cooked.
  7. Serve hot garnished with cream and coriander.
