Description

In Romanian: Telina cu maioneza

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Peel and wash the celery roots and then grate them.
  2. salt them and let them sit in a sieve for a half hour.
  3. Then mix them with the mayo, the peeled and julienned hot dogs, pepper, salt.
  4. Place on a plate and garnish with tomatoes or red pickled peppers.
