Description

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Cream butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Add sugar.
  3. Gradually stir in vanilla.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  5. Blend in flour and salt.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Wrap dough and chill for at least 2 hours.
  8. Lightly flour a pastry cloth and rolling pin.
  9. Roll dough to about ⅛" thickness.
  10. Cut into desired shape.
  11. Place 1" apart on cookie sheets.
  12. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
  13. Cool, frost and decorate.
