Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Boil down the spinach to make 2 cups.
  2. Drain in colander leave it sitting.
  3. In a pan, sauté the onion in garlic in the bacon grease fora few minutes.
  4. Then put spinach back in pan amd add the remaining ingredients mix all together and stir for about 1 hour with wire whisk.
  5. It takes a while to make this dish, but it is soooooooo good!!.
