Description
These golden brown beer-battered fritters make a quick and easy hors d'oeuvre. Guests always remark that they've never had cooked avocados and how good they taste.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 can beer
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 jalapeno, finely minced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 Pound small raw Shrimp, cleaned & peeled
Procedures
Mix first 5 ingredients to form batter.
Drop heaping tablespoons of mixture into hot oil.
Fry approximately 2 minutes until golden brown.
Drain and serve hot.
