Description

In Romanian: Prajitura cu zmeura

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Sieve the cottage cheese, mix with the two hard boiled yolks, also sieved and with 3 raw yolks.
  2. Add 2 oz/50 g butter, salt and sugar to taste.
  3. Mix everything well, to get a creamy mixture.
  4. Add 3 whipped egg whites.
  5. Grease a pan and pour the batter in a uniform layer.
  6. Arrange raspberries on top.
  7. Bake at medium heat.
  8. Cut according to taste.
