Description

A Bull Shot in which beef bouillon is replaced by venison stock. When 3 ounces Pat O'Brien's® Bloody Mary mix is added,the drink is called a: 'Bleeding Hart'.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Measure out 3 ounces ground venison using measuring cup; pour into stock pot.
  2. Add 3 ounces cold water.
  3. Simmer venison in stock pot until 3 ounces stock may be obtained.
  4. Shake stock well with other ingredients in shaker with ice.
  5. Fill old fashioned glass with ice;strain and serve.
