Description
This recipe came from an estate sale. It was obtained when the family collection was purchased from the Poe Estate in Justin, Texas in 1987.
Ingredients
- 1 can beer
- 3 cups all purpose baking mix
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
Procedures
- Mix dry ingredients well then carefully add beer.
- Bake at 400 °F for 20 minutes in paper liners or muffin tin.
