Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Mix beef with cornstarch and soy sauce.
  2. Trim snow peas.
  3. Blanch in boiling water 1 minute until they turn bright green; drain and run under cold water.
  4. Combine oyster sauce, sherry, and sugar.
  5. Heat oil in a wok.
  6. Add garlic and ginger.
  7. Stir-fry a few seconds until fragrant.
  8. Add beef and stir-fry until browned.
  9. Add oyster sauce mixture.
  10. Cook, stirring, until it begins to boil.
  11. Add snow peas and stir-fry 30 seconds longer.
