Description

Santa Cruz Pizza sells some delicious pizza dough. Here is the recipe that they gave me!

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Dissolve the dry yeast in warm water until creamy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, flour, dissolved yeast, and sugar until a firm dough has formed. Cover and let rise for twenty minutes.
  3. Add sauce and toppings, bake for 15 minutes at 375°F, and let cool for 5 minutes.
