Description
Santa Cruz Pizza sells some delicious pizza dough. Here is the recipe that they gave me!
Ingredients
- .25 ounces of active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 cups bread flour
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar
Procedures
- Dissolve the dry yeast in warm water until creamy.
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, flour, dissolved yeast, and sugar until a firm dough has formed. Cover and let rise for twenty minutes.
- Add sauce and toppings, bake for 15 minutes at 375°F, and let cool for 5 minutes.
