Description
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 1 1/4 Cups Sugar
- 2 Medium eggs
- 2 Cups flour
- 3 Teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Can pumpkin
- 3/4 Cup milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Soda
Procedures
- cream together Sugar and butter. Add eggs and mix. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
- Mix pumpkin, soda and milk.
- Add dry ingredients to pumpkin, soda and milk bowl and blend well. Add blended mixure to Sugar, butter and eggs mixure.
- Pour into greased baking pan 9 x 13".
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes
