Description

Pho is a Vietnamese soup called also Vietnamese Beef and Rice-Noodle Soup.

Garnish

Procedures

  1. Boil the oxtails with water, skim the scum from the surface.
  2. Prepare ginger and onion and char them.
  3. Mix the ingredients and boil them.
  4. Serve the soup with platters and garnish.
