Ingredients

Procedure

  1. In a large bowl, mix together mustard, butter, and sage.
  2. Add the apple juice, cheddar cheese, and pepper, stir well.
  3. Add the cream cheese, blending well.

  5. When ready to serve, remove from refrigerator and allow to stand for ½ hour.
  6. Spread on bread and serve with milk.
