| Cuisine of Colombia
Hogao is criollo sauce, used in many Colombian dishes.
Ingredients
- 2 large Red Tomatoes, finely diced.
- 2 scallions, finery chopped.
- ¼ Cup of Oil
- Allspice, Cubed Chicken Broth, Salt, Pepper.
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a medium frying pan.
- Add scallions, fry 5 minutes in medium heat.
- Add tomato, and spices. Let cook in low heat for 10 minutes.
