  1. Put desired quantity of plain Greek style yogurt in muslin cloth and allow to hang for 5-6 hours.
  2. Press to make sure excess water is drained off.
  3. Pour this dry yogurt(chakka) in a bowl.
  4. Add the same almost the same quantity of sugar.
  5. Mix it to form a homogeneous smooth mixture.
  6. Add cardamon, nutmeg and saffron.
  7. Garnish with dry fruits(chopped).
