Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup bottled oil and vinegar dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 3 cups hot cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth)
- 1 16-ounce can green beans, drained
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup diced pimento
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- parsley sprigs for garnish
Directions
- Combine dressing, garlic salt, seasoned pepper and red pepper.
- Pour over rice and beans. Cool.
- Add rice, green beans, celery, pimento and eggs.
- Toss lightly. Adjust seasonings, if necessary.
- Chill.
- Garnish with parsley and sliced eggs, if desired.
