Description
Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo de filetes de lenguado
- 1 limón
- sal
- 2 huevos
- harina c/n.
- aceite abundante para freír
Directions
- Lavar los filetes, ponerlos en un colador, agregar la sal y el jugo del limón, dejar más o menos 1/2 hora.
- Batir los huevos, pasar los filetes por ellos, luego por la harina, freír en abundante aceite bien caliente, poner sobre papel absorbente.
- Se deben comer calientes.
