Description

Orange custard

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the oranges, cut them in half and extract carefully the juice.
  2. Keep the skin halves and remove partitions..
  3. Mix the juice, the sugar and the maicena and bring to a boil stirring constantly.
  4. When it starts boiling remove from stove and add a teaspoon of butter.
  5. Refill the skin halves with the custard and refrigerate until it sets.
  6. Decorate with mint leaves or cherries.
