Description

Ingredients
- 2 lbs of boiled, mashed carrots
- ¼ lb of butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 beaten eggs
Directions
- Mix the first 6 ingredients.
- Add beaten eggs.
- Put in a greased casserole pan, sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
- Bake until golden.
