  1. Cook vegetables together in broth in large pot for 1 hour.
  2. Watch for sticking.
  3. Add chicken.
  4. Let stand for awhile to blend flavors.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. Actually tastes better the next day.
  7. Freezes well, too.
