== Ingredients ==

* 2 Tablespoons [[olive oil]]
* 5 Cloves [[garlic]] -- finely chopped
* 2 Cups [[water]]
* 1 Teaspoon [[salt]]
* 1 Teaspoon [[pepper]]
* 1 Teaspoon [[cumin]]
* 1 Tablespoon [[paprika]]
* 1 Tablespoon [[tomato]] Paste
* 1 Pound [[Potato]] -- cut in rounds


== Procedures ==

1) Heat the [[oil]] in a pan, add [[garlic]] and 1/4 cup of [[water]] and simmer for 1 minute. 

2) Add [[salt]], [[pepper]], [[cumin]], [[paprika]], [[tomato]] paste and the rest of the [[water]]. 

3) Bring to a boil, add the [[potato]]es and cook over low ehat for about 30 mintues. 

4) Serve.
