== Ingredients ==
* 8 oz [[carrot]]s, peeled
* 8 oz [[parsnip]]s
* 1 tablespoon [[vegetable stock|vegetable broth]]
* 1 tablespoon [[parsley]], chopped
* [[salt]] and [[pepper]] to taste

== Procedures ==
# In a saucepan filled with [[water]], simmer [[carrot]]s and parsnips until they are tender. Drain.
# In a bowl, combine [[carrot]]s, parsnips, broth, [[parsley]], [[salt]] and [[pepper]]. Mash.
# Serve hot.
