* 3½ cups Uncle Ben's [[converted rice|Converted brand rice]]
* 2 qt [[water]]
* 1½ tbsp [[salt]]
* 1¾ qt [[mayonnaise]]
* 3 cups [[onion]]s, finely chopped
* ¼ cup [[prepared mustard]]
* 2 tsp [[salt]]
* 1 qt [[cucumber]], pared and diced
* 2 cups [[radishes]], sliced

== Procedures ==
# Cook [[rice]] in [[water]] with [[salt]] according to package directions.
# Cool.
# Combine [[mayonnaise]], [[onion]], [[mustard]], and [[salt]].
# Stir into [[rice]].
# Cover and thoroughly chill.
# Stir in [[cucumber]] and [[radishes]] just before serving.
