  1. Place tortillas on baking sheet and rub with oil.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes or until crispy.
  3. Spoon refried beans onto tortillas, heaping in center.
  4. Sprinkle with salsa jalapena orhot pepper sauce to taste.
  5. Halve one avocado; seed, peel and cut into.
  6. Top tostadas with avocado, onion, tomato and cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  8. Halve second avocado; peel and slice.
  9. Top hot tostadas with avocado slices.
  10. Dollop with sour cream.
