Procedures[edit]

  1. Heat oven to 325°F.
  2. Wash and partially dry 1 cup pumpkin seeds.
  3. Spread in ungreased jelly roll pan.
  4. Sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
  6. Stir.
  7. Bake until lightly browned and crisp, 20 to 30 minutes more.
  8. Cool.
  9. Store in tightly covered container.
