Stuffed Eggs

  1. Cut eggs in halves, take yolks out.
  2. Blend yolks with butter, greens, salt and cream.
  3. Put the filling back into the halves.
  4. Put two halves together like a whole egg, sprinkle with cheese and butter.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 – 12 minutes.
  6. Before serving pour mayonnaise over and decorate with greens.
