Strawberry and Stilton Salad

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well to coat.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Strain mixture through a sieve into a jar, reserving liquid.
  4. Set aside strawberries.
  5. Add oil and water to jar.
  6. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
  7. Arrange 1 cup greens onto four individual salad plates.
  8. Top with ½ cup berries, 2 teaspoons dressing and 1-tablespoon cheese.
  9. Serve with french bread, if desired.
